ClearSpan structures are designed in conformance with international building codes and are engineered, manufactured and constructed in the USA with the highest structural integrity. Building frames are made of heavy duty Allied Gatorshield® structural steel tubing for extraordinary strength and durability as well as rust and corrosion resistance. The majority of our structures include UV-resistant polyethylene covers that are extremely easy to keep clean. Dust, dirt and pollutants simply wash off with water.

Foundation Preparation

Before constructing a ClearSpan Truss Arch building, a suitable landscape must be considered. The foundation must be level, and the amount of space should more than accommodate for the width and length of the building. Telephone lines and power lines should also be considered during the design process. The images above are examples of typical foundations from our building projects.

Rafter Assembly

ClearSpan Hercules Truss Arch buildings are constructed with Allied Mechanical Tube Division steel. Allied is the world's leading producer of galvanized electric resistance welded steel tubing. Gatorshield, their patented triple layer Flo-Coat® rust and corrosion resistant protection, has shown itself to be the best over the long haul versus all competitive product offerings. Their zinc interior coating provides the inside of the tube with maximim corrosion and rust protection.

Cover Installation

ClearSpan buildings offer a 12.5 ounce rip-stop polypropylene cover. The rip-stop cover has a cross weave that stops a rip from progressing any further. Our 12.5 ounce covers come with a 15-year limited warranty.

Inside View

ClearSpan Hercules Truss Arch buildings include different options such as end walls or different colors of fabric to customize your building. Other options available to customize your building include walk through doors and roll up doors. Walk through doors can be framed within end walls. Several sizes of roll up doors are available and can be framed within the end wall openings.
