Formerly the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA), Sourcewell is a municipal contracting agency that provides its members with purchasing contracts under the guidance of the Uniform Municipal Contracting Law. This government agency handles procurement, developing RFPs and IFBs for competitively solicited projects. The over 50,000 member service provider has created this successful cooperative by creating a business and service alliance between members and Sourcewell contracted suppliers.
