Cooperative Purchasing

Cooperative purchasing allows organizations with similar needs to pool their buying power, helping them secure more favorable pricing on goods and services. This approach streamlines procurement by using pre-negotiated contracts, which enables members to bypass the time-consuming and costly bidding process, while remaining fully compliant with procurement regulations.
