ClearSpan Structures, the leading manufacturer of metal and fabric building solutions, announced that it has completed construction on a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The $10 million investment was made to help meet increasing customer demand.
The new 94,000 square foot facility sits on ClearSpan’s 60 acre campus in Dyersville, Iowa. The new building and technology are expected to bring an additional 75 to 100 jobs to the local economy, and allow the company to completely customize customer-specific solutions.
“We’re pleased to introduce the new facility,” said Barry Goldsher, President of ClearSpan Structures. “It’s an opportunity for us to expand our manufacturing abilities and bring more jobs to Eastern Iowa.”
Besides a higher production capacity, ClearSpan will also be able to reduce the time between customer inquiry and project completion. The company will also be able to produce more versatile and unique buildings at a lower cost, all while maintaining the high quality that ClearSpan has come to be known for.
“ClearSpan’s new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility was essential to support our robust growth,” said Geoff Ching, Director of Sales for ClearSpan Structures. “To be able to offer our industry-leading value and rapid turnaround times, we simply had to increase our manufacturing capacity, while remaining vertically integrated.”
