The climate-sensitive fabric actually helps to keep the interior cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, and it comes with a 15 year warranty. Fabric covers are available in customer covers, and upon request come with a 6’W skylight. The skylight is an even lighter fabric that allows natural light to illuminate the structure even more.

The Freestanding Building is different from ClearSpan’s Hercules Truss Arch Buildings in that it features a single cord frame as opposed to a Truss Arch. The frame provides and strong and sturdy structure that is affordable. It is constructed from American-made, 14-gauge steel tubing, which has been triple-galvanized to allow the structure to withstand corrosive environments.
