Operations

ClearSpan operations are second to none. From the first contact with us, you will be assigned a knowledgeable Truss Arch Specialist who will lead you through the process of designing the structure that best meets your needs. Take our General Manager, Fran O'Kane, for example. With 10 years experience at Allied Tube and Conduit, a division of Tyco, before joining ClearSpan, he has gained expertise in the areas of steel and industrial fabric structure manufacturing. Honored by Allied with their "Top Achiever" award three times, Fran's number one goal has always been to help his customers increase their business.

Custom Solutions — Start to Finish

ClearSpan is here to work with you on any structural application, from the simplest to the most complicated. From start to finish, we do it all. We design and manufacture the building to fit your needs, visit your site and construct your building — offering guidance and support along the way. Afterwards, we're there to follow up and make sure you have the building you envisioned.

Unlike other manufacturers that market through a dealer network, ClearSpan sells and provides support directly for all of our buildings, which are manufactured in the USA at our Dyersville, Iowa facility. By designing and constructing in-house, ClearSpan ensures that only the highest quality materials are utilized and that careful attention to detail goes into the creation of each and every one of our products. When you invest in a custom fabric cover from ClearSpan, you are getting it from us – not from a dealer who, if there is a concern, may not make your building their top priority, or worse, may not even be in business if problems should occur. Since 1979, we have stood by our covers and structures; that's why we often construct custom covers for our competitors' buildings.
