These waste management buildings offer a wide-open design that provides maximum height and exceptional clearance. There are no internal columns to interfere with forklifts, balers, skid loaders, conveyers and other heavy machinery.

Designed in conformance with the International Building Code and ASTM-123, ClearSpan's Hercules Truss Arch Allied Gatorshield® structural steel frames are manufactured to stand up to a minimum of 90 mph winds. Engineered to withstand both balanced and unbalanced snow loads of a minimum of 40 lbs. per sq. ft.; these structures are available from 20' wide to 200' wide and any length desired. 12.5 oz. premium covers come with a 15-year warranty. Many options are available, including entry doors, steel roll-up doors and roll-up sides. Custom premium cover colors are also available. ClearSpan can provide custom graphic printing on recycling center — what a great way to advertise!

Our white fabric covers reduce the need for daytime artificial lighting. In addition, the translucent and reflective qualities of the cover provide indoor temperature stability — buildings stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. These benefits provide huge energy savings to you.

Rodents and other unwanted pests have no place to hide or nest in a corner-free ClearSpan structure which means you realize increased health benefits and savings in exterminations and repairs.

Need a smaller waste storage solution? The Truss Arch Pony Wall Building is a 43' wide heavy-duty truss hoop style building. It is constructed from 14 gauge, 2.375" OD Allied Gatorshield® steel tubing and 15' rafter spacing. This building comes complete with heavy-duty mounting feet and its premium white 12.5 oz., 24 mil cover comes with a 15 year warranty.

Pony Wall Building

The potential for these hoop buildings is limited only by your imagination. Ideal for waste storage, recycling centers, rubbish storage, and much more! Pony Wall Buildings can be built on any surface in just a few days on wood post or on a foundation wall. The built-in 6' wide skylight left the sun shine in and the 12.5 oz. cover (15 year warranty) reflects light, keeping the building cool in the summer. Pony Wall Buildings utilize a 14 gauge Allied Gatorshield® structural steel tubing and are sold without end panels, but can be equipped with ends, roll-up sides and can be insulated with TekFoil™.
