There are no internal columns to interfere with vehicles, maintenance bays, lifts, tools, or heavy machinery. Designed in conformance with the International Building Code and ASTM-123, ClearSpan's Hercules Truss Arch Allied Gatorshield® structural steel frames are manufactured to stand up to a minimum of 90 mph winds. Engineered to withstand both balanced and unbalanced snow loads of a minimum of 40 lbs. per sq. ft.; these vehicle repair facilities are available from 20' wide to 200' wide and any length desired. 12.5 oz. premium covers come with a 15-year warranty. Many options are available, including entry doors, steel roll-up doors and roll-up sides. Custom premium cover colors are also available. ClearSpan can provide custom graphic printing on your garage building — what a great way to advertise!

Our white fabric covers reduce the need for daytime artificial lighting. In addition, the translucent and reflective qualities of the cover provide indoor temperature stability — buildings stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. These benefits provide huge energy savings to you.

High Boy Buildings

High Boy Buildings can easily accommodate RVs, tractor trailers, large equipment and vehicles! The frame is constructed from 14 gauge Allied Gatorshield® structural steel tubing with rafter spacing of 10' and height to truss of 18'5". The 12.5 oz., 24 mil premium poly cover comes in your choice of four colors and with a 15-year warranty. Buildings come without end panels, but can be equipped with solid fabric ends. The High Boy Building comes complete with heavy-duty mounting feet that have pre-drilled fastening holes.
