Designed in conformance with the International Building Code and ASTM-123, ClearSpan's Hercules Truss Arch Allied Gatorshield® structural steel frames are manufactured to stand up to a minimum of 90 mph winds. Engineered to withstand both balanced and unbalanced snow loads of a minimum of 40 lbs. per sq. ft.; these structures are available from 25' wide to 200' wide and any length desired. 12.5 oz. premium covers come with a 15-year warranty. Many options are available, including entry doors, steel roll-up doors and roll-up sides. Custom premium cover colors are also available. ClearSpan can provide custom graphic printing on your agricultural building — what a great way to advertise!

Our white fabric covers reduce the need for daytime artificial lighting. In addition, the translucent and reflective qualities of the cover provide indoor temperature stability — buildings stay cooler in the summer and warm in the winter. These benefits provide huge energy savings to you.

Rodents and other unwanted pests have no place to hide or nest in a corner-less ClearSpan structure which means you realize increased health benefits and savings in feed, exterminations and repairs.

Super Moo-Tel Livestock Housing

Naturally lit, a Super Moo-Tel lets the sun shine in, while providing a nourishing environment that promotes faster weight gain and shorter cleaning and feeding times. The Super Moo-Tel has two heavy-duty steel roll-up doors (one at each end) and two end frame kits for greater durability and longer life. The roof frame is manufactured from 14 gauge Allied Gatorshield® structural steel and the white cover and curtain are manufactured from 12.5 oz. rip-stop fabric. Ends are made from prefabricated 70% knitted shade cloth to provide four-sided ventilation. Also ideal for feed, hay storage, and equipment storage!

Pony Wall Buildings

The potential for these hoop buildings is limited only by your imagination. Ideal for housing your livestock, such as cows, pigs, goats, sheep and much more! Pony Wall Buildings can be built on any surface in just a few days on wood post or on a foundation wall. The built-in 6' wide skylight left the sun shine in and the 12.5 oz. cover (15 year warranty) reflects light, keeping the building cool in the summer. Pony Wall Buildings utilize a 14 gauge Allied Gatorshield® structural steel tubing and are sold without end panels, but can be equipped with ends, roll-up sides and can be insulated with TekFoil™.
